    What we need from you

  • In-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 5 years experience) in managing diverse agile IT projects,
  • Ability to work across multiple projects,
  • Easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions,
  • Experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices,
  • Current hands-on experience in working directly with a development team,
  • Well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),

  • Responsible for creating and managing the project scope in cooperation with the client and the team,
  • Ensure that the scope descriptions for epics, sprints, and tasks are understandable for both the client and the development team,
  • Collaborate with the client to prioritize the order of implementation,
  • Monitor the team's progress and report the implementation progress to the client and others in the field of project management,
  • Review and improve current processes while also creating new ones,
  • Motivate, support, and guide the project team,
  • Utilize data and appropriate metrics to make informed decisions,
  • Being prepared to handle unpredictable situations and devising optimal solutions.
